We have offices in Florida & New Delhi. Our clientele spreads across the US, Australia & APAC. To give you a sense of our growth rate, we've added 70+ employees in the last 6 weeks itself and expect another 125+ by the end of Q2 2025.Responsibilities:Architect and develop agentic AI systems capable of reasoning, planning, and tool usage.Integrate with frameworks likeLangChain, Auto-GPT, CrewAI, or custom orchestration layers .Implement memory, goal-setting, and long-term task tracking systems for agents.Connect agents with APIs, databases, web interfaces, and external tools.Design and run experiments to test performance, improve accuracy, and reduce hallucinations.Collaborate with product/design teams to shape user interaction with AI agents.Requirements:Strong understanding ofLLMs (GPT-4, Claude, etc.) , prompt engineering, and token context management.Hands-on experience withagentic AI frameworkslike LangChain, Auto-GPT, BabyAGI, CrewAI, etc.Proficiency inPythonand experience with vector databases (like Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).Familiarity withretrieval-augmented generation (RAG) , tool calling, and multi-agent coordination.Creative problem-solver with a mindset for experimentation and iteration.Experience deploying models via APIs or embedding AI into real-world apps.Nice to Have:Experience working with voice or multimodal agents (text + image + audio).Familiarity with knowledge graphs, semantic search, or planning algorithms.Exposure to Reinforcement Learning or feedback-based agent tuning.What we need-~35 hours of work per week.-100% remote from our side-You will be paid out every month.-Min 4yrs of experience-Please apply only if you have a 100% remote job currently-If you do well, this will continue for a long time
