The Store Incharge will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, Managing of Inward and Outward of materials; ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inventory, and handling customer service. Tasks include maintaining store cleanliness, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and ensuring effective communication within the team.Qualifications- Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service- Strong Communication skills- Experience in Store Management- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention techniques- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills including knowledge in computers and various software's.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Previous experience in the Store / Warehouse management is a plus- Any Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
