The ideal candidate will bring deep financial sector expertise along with strong leadership skills to manage complex client mandates across banking, capital markets, insurance, fintech, and investment management.
Lead strategic communication programs for banks, NBFCs, insurers, asset managers, fintechs, and other BFSI clients.
Advise CEOs, CFOs, and CXOs on reputation, crisis, investor relations, and regulatory issues.
Develop integrated communication strategies, campaigns, and narratives aligned with client business objectives.
Leverage knowledge of capital markets, policy, and BFSI ecosystem to deliver thought leadership.
Build and nurture strong relationships with business media, analysts, regulators, and digital influencers.
Embrace AI, data, and new media tools for insight-driven communication strategies.
Represent Adfactors PR at industry forums, building the firm’s brand equity in BFSI communications.

10-15 years of experience in BFSI sector communications, corporate affairs, consulting, or related fields.
~ Dual-track exposure across Agency & Corporate Communications / Media & BFSI / Consulting & Policy / Investor Relations & Capital Markets (preferred).
~ Strong grounding in financial markets, regulatory environment, and policy landscape.
~ Prior experience in managing P&Ls and high-performing teams.
~ Strong academic foundation with evidence of continuous learning and industry awareness.
~ Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
~ A natural inclination for growth, networking, and business development.
