The Person will manage client relationships, oversee project execution, collaborate with creative teams for campaign development, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work. The role also involves strategy development, budget management, and performance tracking to meet client goals and expectations.ExperienceCandidate should be 2 to 3 year ExperienceQualificationsManage End to end Servicing & Relationship requirements of the clients being handled.Get a detailed insight of the client structure, strategies, products and marketing plansUnderstand the complete retainer and non retainer contract terms of trade and scope ofManage and supervise social and digital presence, including execution, online response management, and maintenance of online media properties.Be the face of MRJ for the clients and address all the requirements, client may have the basis the retainer or non retainer contract signed.Ensure timely delivers to the services agreed with the clientUnderstand and download the client brief clearly follow up for the changes and updations if anyCoordinate with the creative team and other support teams within the organization to get the required quality output for the client on timeFollow Up the client road map calendar and take approvals in advance to kick off the activities.Ensure weekly and monthly reviews with the internal team as well as the client to track the progressWeekly / Monthly performance updates to the client and the MRJ stakeholderswe prefer candidate from Creative agency
