Job Title: Kronos Location: Pan India Experience: 7+ yrs. Job Type : Contract to hire. Notice Period:- Immediate joiners. Mandatory Skills: Lead configuration and support of Kronos modules: Timekeeper , Advanced Scheduling , Accruals , Leave Management , and Attendance . Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations. Develop and manage WIM (Workforce Integration Manager) interfaces for data exchange. Perform SQL-based reporting , data extraction, and cleansing. Integrate Kronos with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, People Soft) and third-party applications. Strong understanding of pay rules , scheduling logic , accrual policies , and compliance workflows . Proficiency in SQL , WIM , Visual Studio , and integration tools .
