Notice Period: Immediate-15 days Contract: Longter7m Contract-PAN INDIA Min:+ Years Requirements: YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Design, implement, deploy, enhance and support our global template solution within S/4 FSCM for Bayer’s business processes worldwide Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement credit, collection and dispute solutions including integrations that align with business objectives and operational requirements Stay updated on SAP FSCM features, integration options, enhancements, and best practices to continuously optimize and improve our S/4 HANA landscape Participate in support activities (Incidents, Q&A, Service Requests, Root-cause analysis, bug fixing,...) Management of and collaboration with external IT Operations supplier as well as SAP WHO YOU ARE: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP module FSCM Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing FSCM solutions including integration with SAP Sales & Distribution and SAP Treasury & Risk Management Knowledge in SAP FI-AR, SAP TRM, SAP Digital Finance, SAP APIs, and integration tools are beneficial Experience with Dev Ops and Agile methodologies is a plus Good problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders Previous experience working internationally or within cross-cultural teams is highly desirable Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment WHAT’S ON OFFER: You will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
