About the Job : Looking for Test Lead/Specialist – Sales - CRM Platform - Microsoft D365 .
Job Title: Test Lead/Specialist
Educational Background : Post graduation/bachelor’s degree.

UAT Strategy & Planning
Define UAT scope, objectives, and success criteria aligned with Sales - CRM workflows.
Develop UAT test plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with business stakeholders to align testing goals with Sales - CRM operations.
Test Case Management
Ensure coverage of critical Sales - CRM processes (e.g., lead management, opportunity tracking, quote generation ,
- Sales , CRM integrations).
Lead and mentor UAT testers and business users.
Coordinate cross-functional testing efforts and manage dependencies.
Defect Management
Environment & Data Setup
Ensure UAT environment mirrors production.
Manage test data preparation and validation.
Ensure adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Strong understanding of Sales - CRM Platform - Microsoft D365s (e.g., Experience with JIRA , Confluence , TestRail , or similar tools.
Working experience on - Sales setup, configuration and validation
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum methodologies.
API Integration testing
ISTQB, PMP, or similar certifications preferred.

Preferred Experience
1+ years in UAT/Test Management roles.
Experience in testing CRM workflows and third-party integrations and API
Exposure to mobile and web-based Sales - CRM tools.
