The company focuses on simplifying the testing process with innovative AI-powered technology to help organizations achieve time and cost savings while accelerating their go-to-market strategies.About the Role:We’re seeking a Mid-Level QA Automation Engineer with strong skills in Selenium-based automation to join our quality engineering team. You’ll focus on ensuring high-quality releases across web and mobile platforms using modern frameworks and tools, including running tests on TestGrid in the cloud.Key Responsibilities:• Design, implement, and maintain automation test cases using Selenium WebDriver.• Develop reliable and scalable test scripts in Java, Python, or JavaScript.• Build and enhance test frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, PyTest, etc.).• Execute tests across browsers and platforms using TestGrid’s cloud infrastructure.• Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).• Perform API automation testing using tools like Postman or Rest Assured.• Identify bugs, document issues, and verify fixes.• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and manual QA to improve test strategy and coverage.Requirements:• 2–5 years of experience in QA automation with Selenium.• Proficient in Java, Python, or JavaScript.• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and Agile development environments.• Solid knowledge of automated testing principles, SDLC, and QA best practices.• Experience running tests using TestGrid in the cloud or similar platforms.Nice to Have:• Experience with Appium for mobile test automation.• Exposure to BDD frameworks (Cucumber, Behave).• Familiarity with Docker, cloud environments, or containerized test execution.What You’ll Get:• Opportunity to work on real-world products tested at scale.• Access to cutting-edge tools like TestGrid cloud infrastructure.• Collaborative team and remote flexibility.• Competitive salary and performance incentives.
