Company Overview: Lex IP Care LLP is an IP law firm that specializes in Intellectual Property. Our team of experienced professionals provide comprehensive IP services to clients, helping them navigate the complexities of patent law and secure their innovations. We are currently seeking a skilled and an experienced Trademarks Associate who can manage our Trademarks Team in Gurgaon.


Work Type: Onsite, Permanent, Full-Time, 6-days working (Saturdays are WFH), 2nd Saturday is a holiday.


The duties and responsibilities of a trademark associate include the following:

  • Responding quickly to all the clients’ needs and replying to related mails.
  • Assembling the paperwork required for trademark application. Preparing formal documents pertaining to

prosecution, opposition and renewals and uploading and filing them at Indian Trademark Office

  • Generating docket reports, and reporting IP docketing to senior IP professionals while acting on their advice.
  • Preparing invoices and keeping track of the time that can be billed to clients.
  • Assisting with client meeting scheduling and keeping track of important court dates and approaching deadlines.
  • Maintaining a positive working relationship with the client and Staff by updating presentations, reports, and

templates.


Qualifications/ Skills Required


  • At least 5 years of experience managing trademark as a Team Lead.
  • High attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Initiative and Leadership skills along with strong team spirit.
  • Research and time management abilities.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Prompt communication and record-keeping skills.
