The role:


We are seeking an experienced strategic initiatives specialist to join our team and lead projects focused on generating net new revenue. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for conceptualizing and building innovative products, market research and a proven track record in project management and execution.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities for new revenue streams and assess competitive landscapes.
  • Develop business cases and recommend strategic initiatives that align with the company's growth objectives.
  • Lead and manage strategic projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product, marketing, engineering and sales teams, to ensure the successful launch of new initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs to identify potential areas of growth.
  • Create presentations and reports for senior leadership to inform and support strategic decision-making.


Qualifications:


  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-7 years of experience in market research, or strategy roles, ideally within a high-growth environment. Edtech background is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proven experience leading high impact projects resulting in revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional projects and delivering on strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
  • Highly adaptable, self-driven, and capable of thriving in an evolving environment.
