As an Application Lead , you will be the primary point of contact for application design, development, and delivery. You will oversee the full development lifecycle, mentor team members, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success. This role requires strong technical expertise in Java Full Stack development, modern frameworks, cloud technologies, and leadership skills to drive high-performing teams. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on application development. Lead the design, build, and configuration of applications. Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of projects. Mentor and guide team members for skill development and growth. Minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development . Java 8 and above Spring / Spring Boot / Hibernate Front-end frameworks : Angular, React.js Cloud platforms : AWS or Azure Database systems : My SQL, Postgre SQL, Mongo DB Experience with Dev Ops tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines). Knowledge of No SQL databases beyond Mongo DB. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Experience in performance tuning and scalability solutions.
