Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5) • 3+ years of experience in IT

• Hands on experience in Sitecore 9.2 and Above version, Solr, Sitecore Upgrade

• Work with Visual Studio, Visual Studio code project

• Knowledge of Azure DevOps

• Familiar with Integration and deployment in Azure

• Roles and responsibilities of Sitecore developers involve attending retrospectives

Meeting with project managers and do support activities.

Designing, coding, and implementing Sitecore applications.

Working with Sitecore CMS, mange the content.

Testing the stability and functionality of the application.

Troubleshooting and fixing bugs is the role of a Sitecore developer.

Good-to-Have(Ideally should not be more than 3-5) • Communication / Interpersonal Skills – Competence to collaborate and work smoothly with other task forces/clients with equal ease and confidence.

• Analytical Skills – Detailed analysis of customer requirements and to be able to convert that into appropriate design and code.

• Problem Solving Skills– Ability to manage and monitor bugs/errors and find relevant solutions quickly.

• Project Management – To some extent, developers must have basic project management skills to execute their portions on time and gel well with each other.

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 The DEV Engineer commits to help the team to deliver a product at the end of each sprint, surpassing his/her own specific knowledge domain in order to collaborate with the team members.

2 The focus is on the completion of the sprint backlog, containing all elements that the team must deliver and of which the sequence has been determined by the Product Owner based on the added value for the (internal or external) client.

3 Determines how technology can be applied to meet the business needs. Helps determine the front-end & Back-end application architecture.

4 The DEV Engineer adheres to the scrum values (focussed, committed, open, respectful, and courageous) and is able to closely collaborate with the team members.

5 Knowledge sharing, open communication, continuous learning and commitment to deliver added value are key.
