Job Summary:
- Handling Day to day incidents, work requests, enhancements, production tickets and ad-hoc requests
- 24*7 application support for airlines systems and other custom applications including integrations
- Closing the assigned incidents as per SLAs and capturing all SLA metrics correctly and on time
- Completing Documentation and update Application Understanding Documents
- Update the activity on Service Now and JIRA on daily basis towards closure
- Responsible for testing all applications during patching activities on all the servers
- Co-ordinate with customer infra and business teams for closure of incidents
- Preferably a BE/BTech graduate
- Airline Domain knowledge or worked in mission critical Application Support/Service Delivery 24*7 support teams
- Ready to work in 24*7 rotational shifts
- Excellent business communication skills
Experience: 4+ Years
