Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Full Stack Developer with a strong grasp of React.js/Next.js, Node.js, Mongo DB , and an eagerness to teach coding to CBSE school students. This is a dual-role opportunity where you’ll not only build impactful tech solutions but also mentor young minds, inspiring them to explore the world of programming.
Responsibilities:
Development Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js/Next.js , Node.js , and Mongo DB.
2. Translate business and user requirements into scalable and efficient full-stack solutions.
3. Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
4. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate features and address user feedback.
6. Debug and resolve performance bottlenecks, technical issues, and code quality concerns.
7. Stay updated with emerging tech trends to incorporate the latest tools and frameworks.
Mentorship Responsibilities:
1. Teach CBSE students foundational and advanced coding concepts in an engaging and practical manner.
2. Develop easy-to-follow lesson plans, projects, and coding exercises tailored to students’ levels.
3. Foster curiosity and problem-solving skills by introducing concepts like algorithms, data structures, and front-end/back-end development.
4. Encourage teamwork and creativity through collaborative coding projects.
5. Mentor students in building small web apps and projects to enhance their real-world coding experience.
6. Inspire students with industry insights and demonstrate the impact of coding in real-world applications.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role with expertise in React.js/Next.js, Node.js, Mongo DB.
2. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, Java Script , and modern UI frameworks.
3. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git version control, and deployment pipelines.
4. Passion for teaching and experience in conducting coding workshops or mentoring is highly desirable.
5. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, engaging manner.
6. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
7. A genuine interest in working with children and making a positive societal impact.
