Location- Chennai Experience – 3 to 7 years
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in CRM and Billing systems to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in React.js, Node.js, Postgre SQL, and MSSQL, and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that support our CRM and Billing operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, efficient, and robust solutions that enhance our business processes and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Full Stack Development:
◦ Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React.js for front-end and Node.js for back-end development.
◦ Implement and integrate CRM and Billing systems, ensuring seamless user experience and data flow.
◦ Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
2. Database Management:
◦ Design, develop, and maintain databases using Postgre SQL and MSSQL to support CRM and Billing applications.
◦ Optimize database performance, ensuring data integrity, security, and scalability.
◦ Write complex queries, stored procedures, and triggers to handle business logic within the database.
3. System Integration:
◦ Integrate CRM and Billing systems with other internal and external applications, ensuring data consistency and synchronization.
◦ Develop and consume RESTful APIs to enable communication between different systems.
◦ Work with third-party vendors to integrate their solutions with our CRM and Billing systems.
4. Performance Optimization:
◦ Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across the full stack, from front-end to database.
◦ Implement best practices for coding, testing, and deploying applications to ensure high performance and reliability.
◦ Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.
5. Security and Compliance:
◦ Implement security best practices to protect sensitive customer and billing data.
◦ Ensure that applications comply with relevant data protection regulations and industry standards.
◦ Monitor and address security vulnerabilities in the codebase and database systems.
6. Continuous Improvement:
◦ Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends in full stack development, CRM, and Billing systems.
◦ Propose and implement continuous improvements to enhance the development process, code quality, and system performance.
◦ Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
7. Documentation and Support:
◦ Create and maintain technical documentation for system architecture, APIs, and database schemas.
◦ Provide support to internal teams and users, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth operation of the CRM and Billing systems.
◦ Assist in the training and mentoring of junior developers.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a focus on CRM and Billing systems.
• Strong proficiency in React.js and Node.js, with experience in building and deploying web applications.
• Solid understanding of database design and management, particularly with Postgre SQL and MSSQL.
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and Java Script (ES6+).
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker) is a plus.
