Guten Tag & Good day We are a German craft Bakery & Bistro from Stuttgart & St.Leon, based in Koramangala, Bangalore. We have the mission to bring authentic German bread culture and delicious food to our beloved India.
Under training of the senior Head Chef Anton Reissmueller (73) and our incredible team from all over India & the world, we are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and interested people who would like to join our team as Host/Hostess in our German Bakery & Bistro shop and cafe.
We are a big family and are super thrilled to grow and expand our start up with you.
We believe in blending the best of both cultures and creating a productive, fair, safe & fun work environment for our Fam We value you and take topics such as mental well-being, overtime compensations and growth - very much seriously and to heart.
Here is what you should bring to the table:
- Punctuality & honesty
- Friendly & extra communicative with costumers
- POS experience welcome ( but not must)
- Dynamic & proficient in good English
- Social and open
- Eager to learn and expand knowledge
- Receptive
- (Decent) Experience with customer interaction and service
- Hard working
- Maintenances of hygienic protocols at all time
- Organising the service team, maintaining protocols etc.
- Able to take up responsibilities and swiftly handle them
- Not afraid to voice out challenges or ask for support
- Interested in helping out in general tasks with an open mind of us being a small start-up
- Being in for the long run with the intention to grow through us and with us, long term
- Someone seeking to be part of an international team and new learnings in your craft
- Be flexible and able to assist in various kitchen tasks as needed.
- Keeping the front side clean and maintained
- Stock Management: Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels
- Compliance with Health and Safety Regulations: Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and storage practices.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the kitchen supervisor
- Customer Interaction:
- Deliver excellent customer service during order-taking interactions. Address customer questions, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
