Details mentioned at the bottom) Role Description You'll be responsible for growth operations and building product: Technical Product Building Build data extraction systems using Reddit API (PRAW), Scrapy, Apify etc—automate intelligence gathering from community conversations and competitor behavior at scale Understand web architecture for search and LLM visibility: site structure, crawlability, indexing mechanics, and schema markup Work with modern IDEs (VS Code, Cursor) to build scripts and dashboards that turn raw data into outreach-ready competitive intelligence Create data pipelines that connect insights directly to revenue—no market signal sits unused Revenue-Focused Execution Design and execute outreach strategies that convert into real business outcomes Build databases and processes that scale as the company grows Track metrics that matter—pipeline value, conversion rates, and market signals Iterate fast based on what's working and kill what isn't Ownership Mindset Work independently, report progress, and show results. Solve problems before they're assigned.
