Minimum Qualifications
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology.
Master’s degree in Design from leading institutes (e.g., IDC-IITB, IITK, CPDM-IISC, NID, IITG, IITD, MIT-Pune) or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience :
7–8 years of experience in UX Design, with at least 3 years in a product company.
A design portfolio showcasing design principles for enterprise software or self-serve web platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on Ad Tech or Mar Tech products.
Proficiency in UX tools like Figma, Miro, etc.
Expertise in designing complex web products such as enterprise software or self-serve web platforms.
Strong strategic and creative abilities, capable of transforming ideas into functional and visually appealing prototypes.
Proven track record of successful collaboration across organizational boundaries and cross-functional teams.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentation writing and delivery.
Responsibilities
Lead the design team to meet all design requirements following design processes.
Collaborate with Team Leads, Product Managers, Business Teams, Engineering Teams, and Design Teams to drive features from research to implementation, influencing the roadmap for UX features.
Use user research insights to shape product design strategies and influence stakeholders.
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, customers, and product experiences, fostering consensus across organizational boundaries.
Conduct regular audits on platform features (existing and upcoming) to identify areas for improvement.
Facilitate and implement UX designs, ensuring adherence to quality and strategic goals.
