Job Title: Game DeveloperExperience: 2 to 3.11 yearsLocation: Kochi, KeralaWork Mode: 5 days from officeRole Expectation- Port existing mobile games written in Java Script to the Apollo framework (C++/Direct X)- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth integration of Java Script components into the C++ framework.- Develop and maintain C++/Direct X-based systems to support retail games.- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented C++ code.- Implement unit tests and perform regular code reviews to maintain code quality.- Debug and resolve technical issues across both C++ and Java Script components.- Work cross-functionally with art, design, project management, and test teams to deliver games on schedule.- Identify problems and create innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.Key Skills- Strong experience in C++ (modern C++17 or later) and Direct X (9/11/12) in game development.- Strong experience in C++ and Java Script (both 2+ years experience)- Demonstrable experience porting or integrating games across frameworks or platforms.- Some experience with Java Script (ES6+), as certain game logic will remain implemented in JS.- Ability to plan and prioritise workload effectively.- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.- Source control experience (Git preferred).- Experience writing and maintaining unit tests.Beneficial Experience- Experience in the i Gaming or broader gaming industry.- Familiarity with mobile and web-based game development.- Knowledge of other development languages.- Experience with automated testing.- Experience of Agile methodologies.- Relevant qualification in computer science, game development, or a related field
