Summary: 

RunLoyal, a rapidly growing vertical SaaS company based in Atlanta, GA, seeks a passionate and experienced Senior Front-End Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. As a Senior Front-End Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and product managers to create high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly solutions. Your expertise in front-end technologies will be crucial in driving innovation and enhancing the overall performance and usability of our applications.

Responsibilities: 

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern front-end technologies. 
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
  • Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Troubleshoot and debug issues, and perform code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of front-end standards and practices within the team.
  • Design, develop, maintain and deploy software in the Flutter framework and Dart language.
  • Developing user interface components and implementing them by following well-known Flutter / Dart workflows and practices

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong portfolio of web applications.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. 
  • Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development principles.
  • Strong understanding of version control systems, particularly Git. Familiarity with build tools and task runners like Webpack, Babel, or Gulp.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with performance optimization techniques and tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of GraphQL and its integration with front-end applications. Exposure to UI/UX design principles and tools.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
