SheSR Consulting LLP is a specialised firm dedicated to building safe, inclusive, and equitable workplaces. We provide end-to-end PoSH compliance services, DEI consulting, CSR advisory, and strategies for women’s inclusion at work. Our work bridges law, advocacy, and organisational transformation to ensure that respect becomes the norm, not the exception.
We are seeking an Associate with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in employment law, workplace rights, or gender justice and be eager to combine legal expertise with training, consulting, and community-building in a dynamic environment .
Provide advisory support to clients on compliance with the PoSH Act, including policy drafting, documentation, and case management
~ Draft and review policies, contracts, and workplace guidelines to ensure compliance with labour and anti-harassment laws
~ Design and facilitate PoSH, DEI, and gender sensitisation training programmes for employees and leadership teams
~ Conduct research and prepare case summaries, legal opinions, reports, and presentations on workplace rights, DEI, and women’s inclusion
~ Assist in designing and implementing DEI audits, assessments, and surveys for clients, and analyse workplace data to provide recommendations
~Support delivery of CSR and DEI projects , including client strategy, proposals, and business development pitches
~ Liaise with external stakeholders such as NGOs, government bodies, and legal counsels where required
~ Mentor interns and junior team members, ensuring quality and consistency in deliverables
~ Law graduate with a minimum of 3 years PQE (experience in employment law, workplace rights, or human rights law preferred)
~Excellent spoken and written communication skills ( English essential ; additional Indian languages a plus)
~ Demonstrated commitment to gender justice, DEI, or workplace transformation
Hands-on involvement in both advisory and community-building projects
