The Role:
As a Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, you will advise, lead, and work on high-impact activities within the systems development lifecycle, providing advisory work for the IT functions itself. Your day will involve collaborating with teams, making key decisions, and contributing to solutions across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Lead team meetings to discuss progress and challenges

Skills Required:

- Strong understanding of CRM systems
- Experience in implementing Salesforce Service Cloud solutions
- Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning components
- Hands-on experience in configuring Salesforce Service Cloud features
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud
- 15 years full-time education is required
