Company Description VASA Indica is a premium multi-designer fashion destination that curates emerging Indian and Indo-contemporary brands for the modern luxury consumer. Based in New Delhi, VASA Indica is redefining everyday luxury by offering a curated retail experience that bridges designers and discerning shoppers. Key Responsibilities Brand Onboarding: Work with our merchandising team to onboard new designer brands and ensure their collections go live smoothly. Product Management: Manage uploads of new products — accurate descriptions, pricing, inventory, and creative assets. E-Commerce Operations: Oversee day-to-day site management, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with warehousing and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Sales & Growth: Track KPIs, drive traffic, and work with marketing to convert visits into sales. Customer Experience: Maintain high standards of service, ensuring every touchpoint reflects Vasa Indica’s luxury ethos. Who We’re Looking For 2–3 years of e-commerce management or related experience (fashion/luxury/D2 C preferred). Strong understanding of platforms like Shopify. Comfort with data, analytics, and performance tracking. Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail. A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
