The Company helps customers reimagine their products and services through design thinking and application of digital technologies such as IoT (Internet of Things), Cloud, Mobility, Virtual Reality, and Artificial Intelligence.Job Requirement:Qualified Company Secretary / University Graduate in Law, Professional qualification in Compliance and/or Audit (preferred) and prior experience as part of compliance team;Minimum of 4 to 5 years of work experience, preferably in MNC organizations involved in Financial Services or IT/ITES business;Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word);Strong interpersonal and written communication skills;Process oriented coupled with a strong ability to develop appropriate program enhancing strategies;Team-oriented approach to completing objectives;Ability to work autonomously and initiate and prioritize own work.Job Role:As part of the Compliance team, drive and support high standards of core compliance framework through the ongoing delivery of an organized and structured Core Compliance Program including the Compliance Risk Assessment and Management Information, process reviews, rollout of policies and training.Develop balanced action plans while ensuring that key compliance risks and regulatory requirements are addressed.Partner with internal business partners in gathering, compliance requirements, , delivering solutions and managing the regulatory changes in the global landscape.Identify opportunities to improve user experience, solve problems and provide support to end users.Identify comprehensive target set of compliance data for users across teams.Monitor and evaluate compliance data and information collected in support of activities and initiatives.Take responsibility for driving the maturation of the platform.Should have the strong understanding of employment, data privacy, taxation related compliances and deep understanding of best practices.Independently drive discussions with stakeholders and regulators.
