Civil Draftsman

ABOUT THE ROLE:We are looking for a talented individual who has experience in preparing the drawings, store layout, plans in CAD for our upcoming & existing stores. You will work directly with the Projects Head. You will learn broadly and deeply, have autonomy and freedom, and you will have the capacity to build the foundation of one of India’s great brands. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:Self-starter, ready to take on new challengesUnderstanding on the store layoutsShould be able to read the technical drawingsKeen eye for detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to create BOQs and Manage vendors Positive attitude and ability to work with multiple departments ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:Creating technical drawings as per the specifications provided Create BOQs with respect to technical drawings. Communicating with the Project Managers to understand the technical requirementsSubmitting the drafts to the Senior Management for reviewReviewing and redrafting the drawings in coordination with the Projects HeadBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interiors PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Has minimum 1 year experience working on technical CAD drawings & 3D model on relevant software SALARY:Will depend on experience. Upto 3 LPA.
