Title: IBM MDM DeveloperLocation: Chennai, TN ( Hybrid Model ) Position: Technical ConsultantWe are looking for a IBM MDM Developer for our MDM Server practice who will work on MDM projects for our Fortune 500 clientsResponsibilities:Work closely with BA's and architects to implement best-of-class MDM solutionsActively participate in business requirements gathering sessions and understand client requirementsCreate, present and get sign-offs for design documents and unit test scenariosAssist PM in planning and driving low level project tasksMentor team of technical consultants and oversee their work itemsCreate release documents and help build and deploy code across serversCreate low level design documents and unit test casesDevelop high quality code and perform unit testsPerform code review of source code developed by team membersDebug critical technical issues and provide prompt resolutionsHighlight technical issues and challenges and propose creative solutionsRequirements/Qualifications:Experience in software services; Big 4 experience is a strong plusExperience implementing MDM solutions using IBM MDM ServerJ2EE environment including experience with application servers (WebSphere, Weblogic).Experience with Java and databases such as DB2 and OracleStrong understanding of data modeling and strong SQL skills a mustExperience developing and deploying in a Services Oriented ArchitectureExperience with RSA or RAD a mustExperience with Unix flavors preferredGeneral understanding of data quality concepts and ETL toolsExperience with messaging software preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
