Shift Boolean is seeking a proactive Sales Executive who will drive revenue growth and help us reach our business targets. We are a growing software development firm specializing in custom software solutions for diverse industries. Our team values innovation, quality, and long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify, research, and engage potential B2B clients through channels like LinkedIn, email outreach, and networking events.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Qualify leads, build a healthy pipeline, and maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client pain points, industry trends, and business objectives to position our custom software solutions effectively.
  • Relationship Building: Nurture strong client relationships, provide ongoing support,and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Negotiation & Closing Deals: Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals that meet revenue and profitability targets.

Requied Qualifications and skills :

  • Experience : 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in software development or IT services.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions simply and persuasively.
  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with software development concepts and the ability to quickly grasp technical solutions.
  • CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot,Salesforce) for pipeline management and reporting.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities, backed by a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Expectations & Performance Metrics:

  • Monthly Targets: Close at least 1–2 new clients per month.
  • Revenue Goals: Achieve a monthly revenue quota of ₹3–5 lakhs from new deals.
  • Conversion Rate: Maintain a 10–20% lead-to-client conversion rate.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to follow up on warm leads and leverage campaigns effectively.
