Position – VP/Sr. VP Human Resources
Job Purpose - The role requires thought leadership and execution excellence to partner with the CHRO and build the organization which ready for the future from a culture, processes & talent perspective.
Location: Bangalore . Budget : FP+VP upto 85 L
Key responsibilities :
The conglomerate is rapidly growing and has one listed entity and another entity has filed for listing in coming months. The VP/SVP HR will report to CHRO and will be responsible for driving a culture of growth and effectiveness, through relevant HR initiatives and processes.
1. Strategic Planning: To collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
2. Employee Relations and management: To maintain healthy and productive relationships between the employees and the employer. Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
3. Talent Management: Lead & manage the journey of the organization to be an employer of choice by driving robust TA & TD processes.
4. Employee Development: Implementing development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
8. Technology : Leverage technology to create and organization that embraces data and analytics to make informed business decisions and improve/innovate existing business processes.
Profile:
- 15-20 years experience in Infrastructure, Logistics, FMCG/FMCD/Manufacturing/RealEstate companies.
- Strong exposure to talent attraction, development and management processes
- Strong business acumen
- Good grip on employee relations and compliance areas
The organization prefers candidate with stable careers (stints of over 5 years), specially at mid and senior level positions.
