Profile Brief:

Incedo is a high-growth Digital, Data & AI firm, that brings in a unique combination of Consulting, Data/AI, and Digital Technologies to solve complex business problems for its global set of marquee clients.


Data &AI Engagement Leader is a leadership role to drive and significantly impact the client engagement and growth momentum for Incedo. Data & AI Engagement Leader is expected to be accountable for key business metrics – Revenue, Gross Margin, and New Business penetration, for a portfolio or large Wealth Management client/s. The Data & AI Engagement Partner is expected to drive and grow customer engagements, consult clients in defining solutions to key business, data and AI problem areas, drive project deliveries, build an analytics team, and develop strong capabilities/solutions in the Wealth Management domain.


The role entails leading account delivery and expanding our Data & AI service presence within the Wealth Management (WM) sector. This role involves overseeing the client engagement, delivery excellence, and growth initiatives for Data & AI services, particularly within the Chennai region.


Data & AI Engagement Partner will also be responsible for partnering with India delivery leads, Data/Tech architects, and other Incedo practices to deliver high-impact solutions to the clients. The candidate is expected to bring strong domain expertise in Wealth Management, analytics/machine learning best practices, solve client business problems, and identify new opportunities for a client.


Education : Bachelors/Masters (Engineering/ Commerce/ Economics/Maths/Stats/MBA) from a top-tier university


Experience : 14+ years of experience in BFS sector in a Client Management/ Consulting. 7+ years of experience in Data & AI solutions preferably within the Wealth Management domain.


Key Objectives:

  • Account Delivery Leadership: Drive and manage the delivery of Data & AI services for a key Wealth Management client, ensuring alignment with client goals and organizational objectives.
  • Build for Scale: Strengthen Incedo’s Data & AI capabilities and presence in the rapidly growing account, building a robust local team to drive strategic growth.


Job Description


Client GTM, Commercial Growth and Profitability

  • Ability to drive commercial and delivery excellence by driving operational and commercial metrics - Revenue, Gross Margin, Net Margin
  • Create and drive Incedo’ s Data & AI sales strategy and overall GTM for key Life science Management clients
  • Be accountable for the execution of the GTM strategy/ plan and deliver on key business metrics – net new Digital sales revenue
  • Develop long-term sales pipeline to increase Incedo’ s market share in Digital, Data & AI Services and solutions.
  • Be accountable for achieve a define Gross Margin, building and ensuring high quality, profitable Data & AI business.


Client engagement & development

Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client, including the C- level for mid-to-large accounts by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry.

Proven ability to manage client stakeholders across all levels

  • Good exposure to client management, presentations, engagement/program management, etc.
  • Strong experience in new opportunity identification, developing solution frameworks and proposals
  • Engage in client communications for all important functions including data understanding/ exploration strategizing solutions, etc.
  • Excellent oral, written, power point presentation skills


Problem Solving and Data & AI Solutioning:

  • Strong problem solving skills with ability to translate a vaguely defined business problem into digital and analytical solution framework
  • Ability to understand and analyze business metrics. Ability to influence business/tech stakeholders
  • Structured thinking skills with an ability to deal both at high level and at micro level at any point
  • Experience in designing end-to-end Data, AI and Digital solutions integrating Data Science, Data Engineering and Data Visualization capabilities
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, logical, interpersonal, team management, and client management skills.


Domain Expertise:

  • Demonstrate strong domain expertise in Wealth Management, with a deep understanding of analytics use cases such as Client Experience, Portfolio Management, Risk Analysis, Predictive Modeling, and other Wealth Management-specific challenges.
  • Apply industry knowledge to solve a wide array of business problems, ensuring the delivery of high-impact, innovative solutions.
