Excellent paymaster .Position: Civil Tendering for SubstationLocation: ChennaiExperience: 4–10 years in civil estimation/ design of Substation Indian projectsEducation: B.E./B.Tech in Civil EngineeringIMPORTANT- Pls highlight your experience in pre-bid & post-bid process, preparation of tender submissions, bidding process , reviewing tender documents, BOQs, and drawings, and preparing accurate quantity take-offs.We are seeking a skilled Civil Tendering Engineer of knowledge of civil and structural to prepare/ checking of the BOQ estimates and cost estimates for civil works for substation.The role includes to read technical specifications of the project, knowledge of pre-bid & post-bid process, preparation of tender submissions, bidding process , reviewing tender documents, BOQs, and drawings, and preparing accurate quantity take-offs. Having knowledge on technical indices FOR BUILDINGS, tower and subsation structures.Desirable attributes:Proficiency in EXCEL for estimationCoordinate with engineering,contracts and client for technical/commercial inputs.Experience in EPC, item-rate, and turnkey tenders is preferred.Strong analytical, costing, and communication skills are a must.
