About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Inside Sales Manager / VP Sales Manager with a proven track record in IT services sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emerging technologies like Blockchain, AI, and IoT, coupled with the ability to close significant deals and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Identify, engage, and build relationships with prospective clients in the IT services domain.
Leverage hands-on experience in Blockchain, AI, IoT, and related technologies to propose innovative solutions to clients.
Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation and qualification to deal closure.
Achieve a minimum closure of $1M USD within the past 12 months.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and service delivery.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain up-to-date CRM records.
Requirements Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the IT services industry.
Hands-on expertise in Blockchain, AI, IoT, and related technologies.
Demonstrated ability to close deals worth $1M USD or more within the last 12 months.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver results in a remote environment.
Strong understanding of the global IT market and emerging technology trends.
Preferred Qualifications Experience working with international clients across multiple time zones.
A track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
