We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our team, manage performance campaigns, and oversee multi-channel growth strategies.Key Responsibilities:- Lead, manage & mentor a team of digital marketers and creatives.- Plan, execute & optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) for e-commerce clients.- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve keyword rankings and organic traffic.- Oversee social media marketing – strategy, content, and growth across platforms.- Drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies to boost website performance and sales.- Collaborate with the design/content team to produce high-performing ad creatives & landing pages.- Analyze performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and deliver actionable insights.- Maintain regular reporting & communication with clients on results and scaling strategies.✅ Requirements:- 3–5 years of experience in Digital/Performance Marketing.- Proven track record of scaling D2C/e-commerce brands.- Strong knowledge of Paid Ads, SEO, Social Media, and CRO.Hands-on experience with analytics & ad platforms (Meta, Google, Klaviyo, GA4, etc.).Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:- Flexible schedule- Paid sick time- Paid time off
