Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Manager located in TSIIC Sultanpur Hyderabad. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for supervising equipment maintenance, implementing preventive maintenance strategies, overseeing maintenance management, and ensuring efficient maintenance and repair processes on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- To track, review, analyze, and improve the Department’s key performance indicators (KPIs) daily, weekly, and monthly to make recommendations for improving plant operations, OOE (Overall equipment effectiveness), and Maintenance problem resolution.
- To oversee, plan, and issue orders to appropriate shift team members for the preventive, predictive, and correction maintenance of equipment including injection moulding machines, other special purpose machines, and utility equipment.
- To review the operation of equipment with appropriate personnel to identify maintenance issues in the areas of safety, quality cost, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- To engage employees in problem resolution to improve production issues / efficiencies utilizing lean manufacturing techniques as needed.
- To foster a positive working environment and drive the Maintenance team to meet set productivity targets and performance standards.
- To ensure all regulatory compliance with various Govt agencies on a consistent basis.
- To monitor and review Maintenance monthly, prepares and implements annual budget on each fiscal year
- To assist in recruitment process of Maintenance personnel.
- To ensure Maintenance employees are properly trained in all aspects of their jobs. To identify training gaps and develop training plans as needed.
Qualifications:
- 8 to 15 years of hands-on maintenance experience in PLC’s, Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems, Rubber Injection Moulding machines, and Rubber injection moulds, preferably in the Silicone Composite / polymer insulators industry.
- In depth knowledge of Desma and Yuzumi make injection moulding machines.
- Hands on experience on maintaining other plant equipment’s like Crimping Machines, SML (Systematic Mechanical Load) , Air Compressors , Diesel Generators, Fork Lifts, STP etc.
- Understanding of plastic / rubber injection mould design and maintenance.
- Understanding of Injection Moulding Process.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency on MS office applications.
