Key Responsibilities As a Media Buyer specializing in Facebook Ads, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Facebook Ad Account Management Set up, manage, and optimize Facebook ad campaigns for performance and scalability.
Conduct in-depth research to create high-performing ad creatives and copy tailored to client goals.
Monitor ad performance metrics daily (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.) and implement strategies to meet KPIs.
2. Technical Management Ensure all campaigns are correctly configured with proper pixel tracking, events, and conversion APIs.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to Facebook ad accounts, tracking, or campaign performance.
3. Data Analysis & Reporting Track and analyze ad performance data, identifying trends and actionable insights.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports to communicate campaign results and future strategies to the team or clients.
4. Audience Research & Targeting Conduct detailed audience research to develop highly targeted campaigns.
Build and test custom and lookalike audiences to maximize campaign efficiency.
5. Budget Management Allocate and manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
Scale campaigns while maintaining or improving performance metrics.
Requirements Proven experience managing Facebook ad campaigns with measurable success (min. 1-2 years).
Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, pixel setup, custom audiences, and retargeting.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve ad performance.
Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly with ad account and tracking issues.
Strong written communication skills for ad copy and reporting.
Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets/Excel for data tracking is a plus.
