We are seeking an experienced and proactive Digital Marketing Manager to join our vibrant team. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products/services. You will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and optimise the organisation's website for SEO and user experience.
  • Write and optimise content for the website and social media platforms.
  • Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
  • Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time, or improving conversion.
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Identify trends and insights and optimise spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise the user experience.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead in the industry.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, WebTrends).
  • Experience in setting up and optimising Google AdWords campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Digital Marketing or related field (e.g., Google Ads Certification, Facebook Blueprint Certification).
  • Experience in managing remote or distributed digital marketing teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
