We are currently hiring for Process Safety Design Engineer for our Mumbai office (Kanjurmarg) –
Process Safety Design Engineer:
Relief Load Calculation of Pressure SafetyValve and PSV sizing,
Design pressure and Design temperature,
Flare sizing and analysis,
Emergency Blow-down Depressurizing System
Process Safety Management
Fire water network hydraulic calculation Fire water P&ID
Preparation of Fire and Gas detection system
Safety equipment layout and datasheet
Vendor Engineering for all safety and fire fighting
Preparation of Cause-and-Effect Matrix of Process and utility units
Designing of Fire sprinkler system Hazardous area classification
F&G Mapping Study
Fire water network Design
Pre - Hazop study
Required Software:
Pipenet
DNV Phast
Required Experience:
5 – 15 Years
Required Qualification:
B.E / B.Tech (Chemical) or Equivalent.
