We are looking for a highly experienced Senior System Integration & Validation Engineer to lead large-scale system integration efforts and end-to-end validation workflows across complex building automation solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise in system-level testing, integration of diverse platforms, and simulation-based scalability validation. System Integration & Scalability Testing

Drive integration efforts for hotel-specific setups and ensure seamless interoperability with EcoStruxure Building Operation (EBO) platforms.
Develop and execute end-to-end validation workflows across hardware, firmware, cloud, and mobile interfaces.
Define and implement system-level test strategies covering functional, integration, performance, and environmental aspects.
Conduct Temperature Compensation Testing (TRC) and other environmental robustness evaluations.
Own and optimize automated testing infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
Lead automation efforts across mobile apps, cloud platforms, and connected devices.
Collaborate with QA and development teams to integrate automated tests into release cycles.
Mentor junior engineers in system integration, testing methodologies, and automation practices.
Facilitate collaboration with local and remote teams across Lines of Business (LoBs).
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical, computer, electronics, instrumentation engineering or a related field.
~15+ years of experience in system integration, validation, and engineering leadership.
~ Proven experience with large-scale device simulations and platform integrations.
~ Strong knowledge of TRC, RF testing, HALT/HASS, and environmental testing.
~ Proficiency in Python and test automation frameworks.
~ Solid understanding of networking protocols, RESTful services, and building automation systems.

Experience with EBO and hotel automation solutions.
Agile/SAFe methodology knowledge.
Strong communication skills in English and French.
Experience with virtualization tools (VMware, VirtualBox).
Hands-on experience with lab tools (oscilloscopes, multimeters, analyzers).
