Position Summary (For Real Estate Business) -

Job Summary -
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our real estate development team. The ideal candidate will assist in designing and executing residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, ensuring compliance with architectural standards, local regulations, and company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Drafting:
Assist in creating conceptual and detailed architectural designs for projects.
Prepare CAD drawings, 3 D models, and renderings.
Develop layouts and floor plans based on project requirements.
Coordination:
Collaborate with senior architects, project managers, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
Coordinate with engineering teams (structural, MEP) to align architectural designs with technical requirements.
Regulatory Compliance:
Assist in preparing documentation for government approvals and permits.
Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations.
Site Visits:
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
Address design-related queries from contractors and provide solutions under guidance.
Presentation and Reporting:
Prepare design presentations for internal stakeholders and clients.
Support the team in project reporting and documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B. Arch).
7-12 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in real estate development.
Proficiency in software like Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and construction techniques.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail with a creative and innovative mindset.
Preferred:
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations (DCPR).
Experience with real estate or large-scale residential/commercial projects.
