As part of our journey, we are building the next wave of AI-powered products and workflows that will shape how organizations and talent thrive globally.Program OverviewThe AI/ML Internship & Bootcamp Program is an 6-12week completely remote and flexible learning experience designed to blend structured mentorship, applied projects, and advanced AI/ML training. This program offers students the opportunity to learn, build, and innovate at the intersection of AI, product, and business applications.Key Responsibilities- Preprocess and analyze datasets for model training- Contribute to AI/ML model development and evaluation- Experiment with AI-powered product features and workflows- Research emerging AI/ML trends, tools, and architectures- Collaborate on applied projects and capstone assignments- Support development of scalable AI workflows and integrationsLearning Outcomes- Exposure to Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, MLOps, and Workflow Orchestration- Development of a portfolio of applied AI/ML projects- Ability to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions- Hands-on experience in AI product experimentation and orchestrationEligibility- Open to graduate, undergraduate, and management students (including IIMs)- Preferred academic backgrounds: Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Business Analytics, or related fields- Strong interest in AI/ML, problem-solving, and product innovationInternship Details- Type: Internship / Bootcamp (Fractional Talent Role)- Duration: Project-based (6–12 weeks depending on client engagement)- Location: Remote / Hybrid (depending on client requirements)- Stipend: Currently unpaid; potential for client-sponsored stipend or paid role based on performance.Perks and Benefits- Certification upon successful completion- Structured mentorship from AI/ML experts- Hands-on live projects and capstone assignments- Access to AI/ML tools, workflows, and curated datasets- Networking opportunities with peers and industry professionals- Flexible schedule to balance academics and learning- Potential pre-placement consideration for outstanding candidates
