Saison International operates across Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, India, Brazil, and Mexico, with expertise in debt & equity investments, corporate venture capital, and technology.Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst/Associate to join our Strategy and Program Management team within the CEO Office. In this role, you will support the development and execution of strategic initiatives and play a key role in managing programs that drive company growth and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Analysis and PlanningConduct research and gather data on market trends, competitive landscape, and business performance.Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making by senior leadership.2. Program ManagementAssist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of key strategic programs and projects.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program milestones and deliverables are met on time.3. Reporting and CommunicationPrepare detailed reports, presentations, and executive summaries for the CEO and senior executives.Track and communicate the progress of strategic initiatives and program outcomes to key stakeholders.4. Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.Assist in implementing best practices and standardized processes to enhance program management capabilities.5.
