Graphic Designer Specialist- Healthcare Specialist Hybrid Work shift: 4.30pm to 1.30 am We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer with strong experience in digital and print advertising—especially within the healthcare and pharmaceutical space. In this role, you will drive creative excellence, mentor junior designers, and collaborate with global teams to deliver visually impactful and high-quality work. Develop a deep understanding of graphic design for both print and digital advertising. Create compelling healthcare & pharmaceutical brand campaigns for global clients. Lead the development of high-quality creative assets across various formats. Manage, mentor, and train junior designers to ensure consistent quality output. Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and SLAs. Collaborate closely with global creative teams and multidisciplinary designers. 6–11 years of experience in a digital advertising agency, creative agency, or print production environment. ~ Expert-level graphic design skills and strong visual composition for digital and print. ~ Solid understanding of advertising print production and digital ad serving processes. ~ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. ~ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment. ~ Experience leading and managing creative teams handling high-volume requests. ~ Employment decisions are based on business needs, job requirements, and individual qualifications without regard to race, color, religion, gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military service, genetic information, or any other status protected by law.
