Job Description: Implementation Architect (Saa S Implementation, 12+ Years Experience)Position Overview:We are seeking an Implementation Architect with over 12 years of extensive experience in Saa S implementation. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills with the ability to code, proven experience managing teams, and a track record of running large-scale Saa S deployments for enterprise clients. This is a leadership and hands-on technical role critical to the success of our client delivery and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Design, architect, and oversee the end-to-end implementation of complex Saa S solutions for enterprise customers.Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary implementation teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers.Collaborate closely with customer stakeholders and internal teams to define technical requirements, solution architecture, and implementation plans.Review and write high-quality, maintainable code as required, actively contributing to solution build-out and integration.Set up and enforce best practices for coding, testing, Dev Ops, and deployment within the team.Own the technical delivery, integration, data migration, and configuration of Saa S solutions across diverse environments.Serve as the technical escalation point to resolve architectural and integration challenges.Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and quality standards to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery for clients.Conduct architecture reviews and sign off on solution designs, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.Continuously optimize implementation methodologies and processes for efficiency, scalability, and client satisfaction.Requirements:12+ years of experience in Saa S implementation, with at least 5 years in an architect or lead role.Deep hands-on expertise designing and deploying Saa S solutions (preferably in enterprise environments).Proficiency in at least one major programming language (such as Python, Java, or similar).Experience managing and mentoring large technical teams for successful project outcomes.Demonstrated ability to drive large-scale implementations, integrations, and data migrations.Solid understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Saa S delivery models.Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and customer-facing skills.Familiarity with Dev Ops, CI/CD, and best practices for Saa S security and compliance.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience with platform configuration, API integrations, and custom development in Saa S environments.Exposure to ITSM, CRM, ERP or similar business Saa S domains.Location: BangaloreTravel: Required
