Position - Instrumentation EngineerLocation - Vashi, Navi MumbaiQualifications - B. E / B.Tech Instrumentation.Experience - 2-8+ YearsResponsibilities- Lead a team of engineers and designers to complete work as per schedule and quality.- Provide technical direction and guidance to team.- Lead multiple engineering projects in oil, gas, power, fertiliser and green energy sectors.- Design and engineering of Control and safety system (DCS, PLC, SCADA, ESD, HIPPS).- Design & engineering of F&G, HVAC and Telecommunication system.- Control narrative & Logic diagram preparation.- Active participation in LOPA & SIL assessment, preparation of SRS, SIL verification and SIL validation.- Cyber security SL level and risk mitigation.- ICSS, ESD, DCS, PLC, Telecom control network design and review.- Field instrumentation design and engineering.- 3D model review and report closure.- Responsible for the quality in all design and engineering work.- Interdisciplinary interface and coordination for IDC.- Vendor document review, TBE and recommendation.- Review training requirement of team and Train the team.Technical Required Skills- Field instrument sizing and software usages.- I&C Design document review & development.- Functional safety (SIL, SRS, CHAZOP, SIL verification) & FSE certificate desirable.- Control & safety system design & engineering.- Analyser & shelter design & engineering.- Telecommunication Design and engineering.- 3D model design review.About UsFounded in 1988, PMECH is a global leader in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM) services.
