With a strong track record of successful developments, we focus on innovation, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced, technically strong, and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of real estate projects. The ideal candidate must not only manage people and timelines but also have a solid technical background in civil engineering and proficiency in advanced Excel for project tracking and reporting.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the end-to-end execution of real estate projects from planning to handover.- Review and interpret structural drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.- Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.- Supervise contractors, vendors, and on-site teams for smooth execution.- Use Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, Lookups, MIS reports, dashboards, data analysis) for project monitoring and reporting.- Prepare and review progress reports, billing verification, and compliance documents.- Identify risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective measures.- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements.- Maintain close coordination with clients, consultants, and internal teams.Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management (preferred).- 5–10 years of experience in building construction and finishing projects.- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and project management tools (MS Project/Primavera preferred).- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
