In India, we already operate through 9 Boutiques in Top premium malls.Do visit Lladró website: PURPOSEManaging the day-to-day retail/store operations of the Lladró boutique in accordance to brand standards. Improve commercial performance by increasing sales turnover and maximizing profitability. Primarily responsible for Retail/store Sales. The role will also involve Business Development and making Corporate Sales.Preference would be given to candidates with experience in the P remium / Luxury Home Category (home décor, furniture, lighting, interior and lifestyle products).KEY RESPONSIBILITIESExceeding Sales BudgetUnderstand customer needs and delight customers, above and beyond the call of dutyConverting Project Business through Interior Designers & ArchitectsEnsuring highest degree of customer service and in-store experienceMaintaining all necessary reports , inventory and VM in line with brand guidelines.Expanding HNI Database - Customer data to be well collected, updated & maintainedDefining strategy actions to attract new customers and old customers more oftenJob Profile:· Education. Bachelor / Masters – Degree / Diploma (Sales / Retail Sales)· Experience : 4 plus years of retail sales operational experience with luxury / Premium Brands.· Languages : Fluent English & Hindi· Skills required :Ø Organized & process orientedØ Brand Image ConcernedØ Ability to write reportsØ Self-starter with excellent communication and presentation skillsØ Serious, proactive and can handle and deal comfortably in a multinational environment.Ø Strong computer & analytical skills· Behavioral competencies:Ø Responds promptly to customer needs and solicits customer feedback to improve servicesØ Manages difficult or emotional customer situationsØ Demonstrate attention to detailØ Ability to effectively present information & respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and customersØ Adhere to company policies & proceduresØ Supports the organization’s goals & valuesØ Commits to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals and completes tasks on timeØ Meets challenges & resourcefulnessØ Adapts to changes in the work environmentØ Generates suggestions for improving work and develops innovative approaches and ideasØ Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness Meets productiveness standards, completes work in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity
