Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from design and coding to testing and deployment. Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in the financial trading industry. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a premier institution like IITs/NITs. Minimum 3+ years of professional software development experience. Strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, C++, Java, React) and DSA concepts. Understanding of financial markets, trading concepts, and algorithms would be a plus. Experience with trading platforms and APIs would be a plus. Knowledge of quantitative analysis, statistics, and risk management. Familiarity with order execution systems, FIX Protocol and market data feeds would be a plus. Good rating on competitive coding platforms such as Codeforces, HackerRank, LeetCode, CodeChef etc.
