Product Specialist, Financial Services

The Product Specialist plays a critical role in driving innovative solutions to business challenges, identifying opportunities for process automation, and supporting the development of new products and services. With deep expertise in Temenos T24 and a commitment to continuous improvement, the Product Specialist contributes to strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and productivity in a dynamic banking environment. Strategy & Solution Development : Performance optimization Provide consultancy and support for product configuration, installation, release management, and patch deployment. Coordinate with Temenos for T24 setup, issue resolution, and ongoing support. Install and validate custom enhancements, ensuring proper technical setup and testing. Facilitate and conduct technical training sessions as needed. Expert-level proficiency in Temenos T24 R20 and above, specifically in TAFJ. Advanced programming skills in Infobasic, Java (Level 3), and JavaScript. Strong understanding of IRIS and application servers such as jBOSS. Advanced experience working with RedHat Linux and IBM AIX operating systems. Solid knowledge of relational databases, preferably Oracle, and proficiency in SQL. Skilled in interface development for both online and batch processing. Experienced in CoB (Close of Business) processing and troubleshooting. Working knowledge of ADO and DevOps practices. Ability to guide and support less experienced team members in resolving complex technical issues. Capable of conducting technical training and producing clear documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
