Product Money
The Product team is the engine that powers everything we do at ET Money. In the fast-paced world of wealth-tech, where user experience is paramount, the Product team is the linchpin that connects everything from design and technology to marketing and customer success. Role: Associate Product Manager
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
Key attributes required for mastering the role:
Translate Vision into Action: You'll transform the broader product strategy into a detailed, actionable roadmap, breaking it down into sprints, tasks, and the smallest of details to ensure flawless execution. Own and drive the user experience across Android, iOS, and Web platforms, ensuring a seamless and engaging user journey.
Prioritize with Precision: You’ll be responsible for making tough decisions with a laser focus on priorities, ensuring that every action is aligned with clear, impactful objectives.
Drive Seamless Collaboration: You’ll work closely with the leadership team to drive key business goals, always putting the user’s needs at the forefront of every decision. You’ll act as the crucial link between business, design, development, and QA teams, you’ll manage execution with accountability, ensuring that every element aligns to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Measure and Iterate: You’ll rigorously measure outcomes, analyzing what’s working and identifying areas for improvement to continuously refine and enhance the product.
Champion the User: Listening to the voice of the investors will be second nature to you, ensuring that their feedback shapes the product's evolution.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: By keeping a close watch on market trends and competitors, you’ll ensure the product remains cutting-edge and industry-leading.
Innovate Boldly: You’ll embrace new ideas and creative solutions to push the boundaries of what the product can achieve.

Experience needed:
You must have 1+ years of experience in the wealth-tech space.
Preferably, you should have experience in programming or any hands-on technical work.
Preferably you should be a B.E./B.Tech (Computer/IT) graduate.
