About Position:Project Planning & Execution Lead offshore project planning, task allocation, and execution for multiple imaging upgrade and migration workstreams.Role: Project Manager – Merge & Change PACSLocation: All Persistent LocationsExperience: 10+ YearsJob Type: Full Time EmploymentWhat You'll Do:Project Planning & Execution.Lead offshore project planning, task allocation, and execution for multiple imaging upgrade and migration workstreams.Manage project timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and issue resolution for offshore deliverables.Ensure all offshore tasks align with program milestones and hospital site schedules. Coordination with Onsite Teams.Act as the primary point of contact between offshore teams and onsite program leadership. Facilitate daily standups, weekly status calls, and reporting to maintain project visibility and alignment.Coordinate with onsite architects, program managers, and clinical SMEs to ensure smooth handoffs and dependency management. Quality and Compliance.Enforce quality assurance practices, documentation standards, and compliance with healthcare regulations(HIPAA, HITECH).Expertise You'll Bring:Support offshore testing teams in developing and executing validation strategies for data migration and integrations.
