With our mission to digitally empower SMBs and enterprise chains, we serve over 10,000 clients across 60+ cities, handling more than 5 million transactions monthly.Location : ChennaiJob Type: Full timeWork mode: On siteTimings : 9.30 am – 6.30 pm ISTWorking days: Monday – Friday ( Alternate Sat working-1st/3rd)Job Role : Software implementation executiveKey Responsibilities:Software Deployment: Install, configure, and test software solutions at client sites.Client Training: Conduct training sessions for clients, ensuring they understand how to use the software effectively.Customization: Work with clients to tailor the software to meet their specific needs and business processes.Technical Support: Provide on-site technical support during the implementation phase and troubleshoot any issues that arise.Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project timelines are met and client expectations are exceeded.Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of implementations, including configuration settings, client feedback, and training materials.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact during the implementation process.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience: FRESHER can also apply 0 to 1 year in POS software IndustryTechnical Skills: Proficiency in software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with databases, networks, systems integration and Multilanguage.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure.Customer Service: Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding customer service and support.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with specific software products or industries relevant to the company’s offerings.Familiarity with remote support tools & SOL.Soft Skills- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
